Almost any energetic technique can be done at a distance.

Additionally I took a Distance Healing Training that focused on working on individual issues from the physical to the emotional. The treatments include dialoguing about an issue and 'Holding Space' in your energetic field for the issue to energetically work itself out. The goal is to release the energetic charge an issue has in your system to help the person accept, release and move the congested energy around the issue. 

Most people will feel lighter and softer around an issue following a session.
